J.P. came to MGCCA and conducted a 1 hour PD with the entire staff. Teachers agreed on fully implementing the CICO for the identified 15%. Teachers also decided to increase items being offered at the student store to increase student buy-in. PBIS posters that were created last year have be hung in the main hallway. Next step is to revisit/update the matrix.
